We are sorry that you have received your item damaged. 
Every effort is made to ensure your item arrives safely but unfortunately, sometimes things happen in transit beyond our control.
Rest assured we will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Please follow these instructions.
1. Please retain all original packaging
2. Please take a photo clearly showing :
*the packaging
*The parcel label( clearly showing the label)
* The damaged item
Important : These elements all need to be displayed in the ONE photo.
Please see an example below
3. Any photos of the outside of the box that shows any other damage would be helpful
4. Please email with your photos.
We will aim to resolve it as quickly as possible.
